These computer system labs will serve to decrease spaces in access to gadgets and the Internet by offering public computer gain access to for individuals with specials needs, Marylanders without permanent residence (i.e. unhoused), veterans, and our incarcerated & returning residents. The program provides grants of approximately $65,000 for up to 100% for the development, upgrade, and/or retrofit of computer system labs/centers throughout Maryland.
